The Bronx superstar recently opened up about the financial reality behind major arena tours, revealing that her first run reportedly grossed around $70 million. However, Cardi explained that huge production costs and industry percentages quickly reduced profits behind the scenes.

According to Cardi, she spent nearly $35 million on tour production alone, including stage design, transportation, buses, crew salaries and ongoing operating costs during the run. She said the tour involved around 26 buses and dozens of staff members working daily to keep the production moving.

The rapper also explained that penalties for running late at venues sometimes cost her between $40,000 and $50,000 per incident, adding even more pressure to an already expensive operation.

Despite criticism online about her finances, Cardi made it clear she’s still doing extremely well financially. She revealed recent luxury purchases including a $500,000 car, a $450,000 chain and even a $20,000 belly ring.

Now, Cardi says multiple promoters are offering deals for a second tour leg expected to begin around September or October 2026. She hopes to finish before the holiday season so she can spend time with her children and family.

The rapper emphasized that she’s carefully reviewing offers to secure the best financial arrangement and promotional support before officially committing.

Cardi also admitted the intense touring schedule has taken a physical toll on her body, revealing she’s currently dealing with neck pain and searching for top medical specialists to help with recovery.
