Megan Thee Stallion’s ongoing legal battle with blogger Milagro “Gramz” Cooper has taken another turn. According to newly filed court documents, Cooper is asking a federal judge to pause enforcement of a $75,000 judgment awarded to the rapper while she pursues an appeal.

Cooper argues that being forced to pay the judgment immediately would create a significant financial hardship. She claims there are still major legal issues that deserve review by a higher court and is requesting additional time before any payment is required.
The dispute stems from a lawsuit filed by Megan Thee Stallion, who accused Cooper of defamation, emotional distress, and promoting harmful content about her online. A jury previously awarded Megan $75,000 in damages, and a federal judge later reinstated the defamation verdict in the rapper’s favor.
While Megan secured the monetary award, the court previously denied her request for a permanent injunction that would have restricted Cooper’s future commentary. The judge ruled that the evidence did not meet the legal threshold for such an order and noted concerns about free speech protections.
Now, the focus shifts to Cooper’s appeal. If the court grants her request, payment of the judgment could be delayed until the appeals process is completed. If denied, she may be required to satisfy the award while continuing her legal challenge.
The latest filing marks another chapter in a highly publicized dispute that has drawn attention from fans and legal observers alike, with both sides continuing to fight over the outcome of the case.
