Jake’s perfect life is turned upside down when Teddy, the fight-loving guy, reappears without warning.

Because of a major mess Teddy gets himself into with local criminals, the two are forced to embark on an involuntary getaway in an old truck.

Along the way, Jake’s safety is constantly challenged by Teddy’s crazy antics. They face pursuit from a dangerous gang leader (played by Christopher Meloni) and the watchful eye of Jake’s ex-wife (Michelle Monaghan).
