Mendes is already preparing for a major Fourth of July celebration at his new mansion — and according to him, construction crews are working nonstop to get everything finished in time.

During a recent livestream shared over Memorial Day weekend, Mendes gave followers a sneak peek inside the property while showing off newly installed flooring and ongoing work around the house.
The rapper revealed that workers were still actively on-site during the holiday because the home needs to be ready within the next week ahead of a planned July 4 party at the mansion.
“It’s Memorial Day and I got people working at my house,” Mendes said while walking through the property. “We work every day. We don’t really take days off.”
Although he didn’t reveal the full interior yet, Mendes hinted that the mansion is still undergoing major finishing touches as crews continue preparing the space for family and guests.
He also mentioned that his children are eager to finally move back into the home once construction is completed.
Throughout the livestream, Mendes appeared excited but clearly exhausted, admitting he had just woken up after being out the night before. Still, he continued hyping up the upcoming holiday event and teased that a select group of guests would be receiving special invitations to the July 4 celebration.
Fans immediately flooded social media reacting to the preview, with many focused on the size of the mansion and the fact that renovations are still happening around the clock despite the holiday weekend.
The short clip quickly sparked speculation about how extravagant the finished property — and the upcoming party — could end up being once construction is officially complete.
